Develop Your Refereeing Skills
FROM LOCAL FOOTBALL ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO THE FA CUP FINAL, ALL FOOTBALL NEEDS REFEREES
With over 300 registered referees officiating across Shropshire, we want to support & develop all referees to help them fulfil full potential.
Anyone can become a referee too - whether you're a footy mad youngster looking for a career in football, or an older player wanting to give something back after you've hung your boots up - all that's required is a genuine passion for the game.
Shropshire FA offers a range of programmes for new and existing referees.

Continuing your development.
The goal of our Referee CPD programme is to train and retain referees to ensure that every official in the county has the opportunity to access regular training and support from Shropshire FA.
We will be hosting CPD events in the county during the 2021-22 season aimed at giving qualified officials the chance to learn. To register your interest in attending a CPD event, please contact Shropshire FA Football Participation Officers, Ian Preece or Darren Beech:
