A big thank you to all clubs and leagues!
On the weekend of 2nd and 3rd October, we saw football at every level join forces to promote play safe - football's national campaign to focus attention of the vital importance of safeguarding in our national game.
shropshire fA would like to thank all clubs and levels in the county who championed the initiative and promoted play safe through the use of wearing the fA play safe armbands!

-
Involves coaches and spectators having minimal verbal contact throughout games, so that children can enjoy football and learn to develop their game.
-
Spectators should refrain from giving instruction during the game, and managers/coaches, can only give very minimal instruction.
-
Allows the children to play and make their own decisions and trust in each other.
