Shrewsbury Town’s youth group offer continues to be a big success. 

Almost 500 children have already attended our seven home matches so far in the 2017/18 season and your group could be next.

The youth group offer provides free tickets for up to 20 Under-16s and 5 accompanying Adults to attend any Sky Bet League One game. 

Shrewsbury Town CEO Brian Caldwell has been pleased with the uptake so far this season, but would love more groups to come down. 

“Since we launched the youth group offer last season we have had a good uptake, but we are always looking for more people to come to games.

“The team this season are playing really well and we are top of the league, so there has never been a better time for a group to come down and watch a game. Whether it’s a boy’s group, a girl’s group, Scout’s or any other type of group, coming to a football match is a great day out and we would love to welcome you along.”

“I’ve said since day one that we need to try and reduce the average age of our supporters. I we can get a group of 20-25 to come to the game and enjoy it then they will hopefully go back to their parents and say what a great day they had at Shrewsbury Town and then ask to come back as they’ve had a nice family friendly day.”
