Shropshire FA Is Looking To Recruit A Dynamic And Inspiring Referee Development Officer To Join Our Team At A Truly Exciting Time.
We are looking for an individual who stands out from others, brings passion and enthusiasm to the team, provides a strategic way of thinking and will work collaboratively with others, both internally and externally from the organisation. The successful person will be leading on our delivery of our Referees section of the Shropshire County FA Strategy with the aim to provide more development opportunities and to enhance the support and guidance to the referee workforce.
The Referee Development Officer will report into the Football Development Manager, and be an important member of the Team. The Referee Development Officer has line management responsibilities for all Shropshire FA Referees.
