We are in constant conversation with our Underwriters who are sympathetic to all grassroots football.
Unfortunately, Insurers are not able to offer refunds as claims are still being paid in all the Associations and this may run off for a while yet. Also many clubs may wish to resume training, if some restrictions are lifted and would expect cover in place.
However, once we know when football training and playing is resumed, we can then investigate a discount based on the time lost in season 2019/20.
No. The Sanctions imposed are as a result of misconduct committed and are not dependent on the completion of a season. This would be a similar scenario to matches abandoned where the game has not completed but the sanctions remain.
As per the regulations any suspension outstanding following the last competitive fixture will be served at the commencement of the next season. On that basis any suspension that remains outstanding will be served at the commencement of competitive football.
Like all matters concerning Covid19, the above is the current position with the situation that we know, all discipline matters will be constantly under review as we learn more over the coming weeks. If the situation changes, we will of course keep you updated.
Yes a full refund will be given if required. The postponed courses will be rescheduled at a later date to fit in with tutor & facility availability. If the learner cannot make the rearranged dates then a full refund will be available.

TEMPORARY CHANGES TO DBS CHECKS IMPLEMENTED BY THE FA

Personal hearings will not go ahead but non-personal hearings will continue to go ahead via webinar.
A non-personal hearing is when a discipline commission panel hear your case without you being present.
A Disciplinary Commission will consider the case, taking into consideration the Participant’s/
Club’s disciplinary record from the previous five years and all documentation that has been
sent to them in relation to the case. The Commission will come to a decision and the
Participant(s) will be notified in writing by the County FA.
