- To locate, identify and recruit suitable talented girls.

- Centres include - Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Coventry City, Kidderminster Harriers, Leicester City, Shrewsbury Town, Stoke City, Wolverhampton Wanderers - New Centres - Nottingham & Derby/Chesterfield.
- To enhance player development.
- To locate, identify and recruit qualified Level 2 or above coaches.
- Deveop a coach mentoring strategy for coaches.
- Support the development of newly qualified female referee's in the county.
- All staff, player, parents, spectators to adhere to the Centre's Code of Conduct.
- To comply with The FA Rules & Regulations.
- To build links with local clubs.
