Disability Football in Shropshire

Shropshire FA is striving to ensure that every disabled person who wants to be involved in the game has the opportunity to reach their potential.

We are committed to enabling everybody to play our national game and reach their potential as a player, coach, referee or administrator. The disability programme aims to establish opportunities for participation and offer quality provision for people with disabilities.

Regular club football is provided via the 3 Counties League (3CL) and support is provided to schools across the county that accommodate for pupils with a disability

The Shropshire FA is also working closely with partners to raise awareness of the 3CL across the county including targeted work with adult disability groups - any teams, groups or individual players are more than welcome to take part in 3CL festivals.

The Football Development Team is keen to support any club wishing to become more accessible to people with disabilities or wishing to establish a disability football team within the club.
