Aimed at Club Welfare Officers, the course provides ideas and examples about how to prevent poor practice as well as how to deal with it when it arises. Candidates must possess an Enhanced CRB Disclosure via The FA CRB Unit and The FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificate.
If your league or club runs under-18 teams, a Welfare Officer MUST be in place to affiliate.
The next Welfare Office Workshop will take place on Wednesday 13th October 2010 at The Shropshire F.A Offices, Greenhous Meadow, Oteley Road, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ST. 6.30pm to 9.30pm. This Course is free of charge.
